Squid is best during the winter months, therefore we will buy most of our stock during these months and freeze for use all year round. This will allow us to offer the best possible price and product.
Fresh seafood should be eaten within 5 days and stored in the fridge. If freezing place in the freezer upon delivery and consume within 3 months.
