Sea Bass has a wonderfully delicately sweet flavour with a firm, tender texture. Sea bass is perfect for those who aren't keen on a strong tasting fish. Each and will come prepped, ready to cook as either fillets or whole. We recommend placing some lemon slices in the belly with salt and pepper and cooking whole on the BBQ or oven.
