Each pack will contain 1 dozen oysters. Sourced from either Jersey or Carlingford depending on availability.
Your oysters will arrive live and should therefore not be frozen. Oysters should be eaten within 3 days of arrival. Keep in the fridge covered with a damp cloth until you consume.
