Each mackerel is enough for 1 person. Mackerel is a delicious, highly nutritious fish packed with omega-3 fatty acids. Rated highly by the Cornwall seafood guide as one of the most sustainable fish around. All of our mackerel is locally caught from small inshore boats, and line caught whenever possible.
