Lemon Sole has a delicate sweet taste and is a favourite for many, including us, and although in the name, doesn't taste like lemon. A stunning, light tasting fish which is perfect for those who don't enjoy a strong taste. Once cooked it has bright white flesh which falls straight off the bone.
