Our scallops are caught in the English Channel and then hand cut by ourselves ensuring every scallop is perfect. Scallops in a half shell are perfect for the BBQ or cooking under the grill. The shell acts as a bowl for the scallop to cook in butter and its own juices. We recommend adding a knob of butter, some garlic, chilli flakes and breadcrumbs to each scallop before placing under the grill. This pack contains 6 half shell scallops will serve as 2 starters.
