Cuttlefish is a brilliant, cheaper alternative to squid. Can be used as a perfect alternative in most squid dishes. Each pack will contain 1kg worth of whole cuttlefish. Please note 1kg of cuttlefish will yield approx. 30% once cleaned. The fish you receive will not be prepped, only cleaned.
Fresh seafood should be stored in the fridge and consumed within 3 days. If freezing, freeze upon delivery and consume within 3 months.
