Ordering & Delivery information

Due to weather and seasonality, we may have to send a frozen product. All of our frozen stock is caught and frozen as quickly as possible to lock in the freshness of the fish.

Local Deliveries are available free to the following locations:

Wednesday - Totnes (within 5 miles)
Thursday - Torquay (Within 5 miles)
Friday - Paignton & Brixham

Local deliveries are offered up to a radius of 8 miles (5+ at an extra charge). There is a minimum order of £20.00. Orders will need to be placed by 22:00 either by placing an order through the online shop, by calling or 'Whatsapp' on 07552876155. To place a local delivery online, choose the 'shipping' delivery method. Once you calculate the shipping costs the option for free local delivery will appear.

Nationwide deliveries are sent out via APC Overnight and delivered to you between 09.00am and 04:00pm. Orders placed before 11pm will be processed the day after, for delivery the following day. This allows us to pick your order from the mornings market and then be prepped and packed ready for collection and delivered to you the next day. The latest time to order a delivery for the week is Wednesday at 11:00pm, this will then be delivered on Friday. Orders taken from Thursday-Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday. The minimum order is £40. Orders over £100 qualify for free delivery. Orders will be packed in an insulated box with ice packs to keep your order cool for up to 48 hours ensuring it arrives as fresh as possible.

Please note we do not currently offer delivery to Ireland or the Isle of man. If you are ordering from Scottish Highlands, please contact us before hand to advise on whether you are eligible.
